The STEER-NWE team from the City of Stuttgart in Germany, recently visited three construction sites at:

- Rotweg (https://www.iba27.de/projekt/quartier-am-rotweg/)
These projects that are not only part of the project pilots that will be developed during the project lifetime but also part of the International Building Exhibition IBA27. Each project is progressing at its own pace and is making good progress.
During the team's November visit to Inselstrasse, they had the opportunity
to see the site before the renovation work began. The pilot is located next to
the “Neckar” river.

At the pilot sites Böckingerstrasse and Rotweg, the Stuttgart team visited the projects during their active construction phases.

In Rotweg, parking spaces for e-carsharing vehicles will be located on public streets, while in Böckingerstrasse and Inselstrasse, they will be placed on private ground, ensuring residents a convenient access to e-carsharing.
